Be Respectful

Lucky is for one-on-one conversations with real people. Treat others the way you would want to be treated. Disagreement is fine; abuse, insults, and cruelty are not.

Protect Your Privacy

Do not share sensitive personal information with someone you just met, and do not pressure others to share theirs.

• Avoid sharing your full name, address, or workplace
• Never share passwords, login codes, or financial details
• Be careful before revealing social media accounts

Do Not Harass or Threaten Others

Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, and threats of violence are not allowed. If someone makes you feel unsafe, you can skip, block, and report them.

No Hate, Exploitation, or Abuse

Hate speech, discrimination, and content that exploits or degrades others are prohibited. This includes attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

No Scams or Impersonation

Do not use Lucky to deceive, defraud, or impersonate other people, brands, or organizations. Requests for money, fake giveaways, and phishing are not allowed.

No Non-consensual Content

Sharing or recording sexual content without the consent of everyone involved is strictly prohibited. This includes capturing or distributing another person without their permission.

No Minors or Child Sexual Abuse Material

Lucky is for users aged 18 and older. Minors are not permitted to use the service. Any content that sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited, will be removed, and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Follow Video Chat and Text Chat Rules

The same rules apply whether you are using video chat or text chat. Do not use the platform to share illegal content, spam, or anything that violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service.

Reporting Violations

If you see harassment, scams, threats, impersonation, non-consensual content, or any content involving minors, report it immediately. You can report a user during a chat or submit a detailed report through our Report Abuse page. For content that should be taken down, use the Content Removal page.

Enforcement

We review reports and take action based on the severity of the violation.

• Warnings for minor or first-time issues
• Temporary feature restrictions
• Suspension or permanent account bans for serious or repeated violations
• Reports to law enforcement for illegal activity, including CSAM and credible threats
